These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase of iHarvest Smart Laser Helmet from this online store. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not proceed with the purchase.
The iHarvest Smart Laser Helmet is a CE-certified Class IIa medical device under EU Medical Device Regulation 2017/745 (EU MDR 2017/745). It is manufactured by T-Biomax Sdn. Bhd., Malaysia.
The product is authorized for sale in markets requiring CE marking. It is not FDA-cleared and is not authorized for sale in the United States.
Orders are confirmed upon receipt of full payment via Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM). Currency conversion is for reference only.
Payment must be received in full before dispatch. We do not accept cash on delivery or bank transfers for initial orders.
Shipping rates vary by destination. Rates are calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery times are guides only — we are not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs.
All international shipments include export documentation for medical devices. Some countries require import permits or additional registration — it is the buyer's responsibility to verify local requirements.
Orders to the United States will be cancelled and refunded. Do not place an order if your shipping address is in the United States.
Due to the nature of medical devices, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products for hygiene reasons. Unopened items may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided the device is in original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
If you receive a defective device, contact us within 7 days with photo evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
iHarvest Smart Laser Helmet is covered by a 12-month manufacturer warranty from date of delivery. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only — it does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
iHarvest is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the device. The device is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Individual results vary. Users with medical conditions should consult a physician before use.
The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the device can be legally imported and used in their country of residence. iHarvest and T-Biomax Sdn. Bhd. are not responsible for regulatory actions taken by local authorities.
The iHarvest Smart Laser Helmet bears the CE mark in accordance with EU MDR 2017/745 Class IIa requirements. The device is not FDA-cleared and is not authorized for sale or use in the United States of America.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
